New ticket categories

There are now different class categories for submitting tickets.

1. Facility Requests

2. IT Requests

3. MAS Gradebook Account

These three determine which group gets a ticket. After selecting the class there are various sub-classes that will help us, and you in regards to the issue and the location of the issue.

For example under the IT requests there are two sub-classes.

1. Break Fix

2. Move/Add/Change

These determine the type of ticket. For example Break Fix is used for existing equipment, software, or just a general IT question. Move/Add/Change is used for adding new equipment, software, moving existing equipment, or unblocking a specific web page.
