If you previously were able to print to specific printers, but now no printers are showing for you to print to it is likely due to the print spooler service not starting. Please restart your PC. If this does not resolve the issue you can then submit a help ticket and we will be able to resolve the issue for you. Please be sure to include the PC name in your ticket. The PC name can usually be found in bold red letters in the lower right hand corner of your desktop.
